Phase II of this expansive multifamily residential development project introduces a second five-story building, adding an impressive 88.000 square feet. The new facility incorporates a coffee shop on the lower level, along with both open and private parking options for residents. Additional amenities include a clubroom, pet wash station, and an outdoor gas grilling area.
With a desire to be more central to the district they protect, this new 20,000 square foot facility sits in the middle of the district’s largest call area. The building has five double bays for their vehicles and equipment, as well as a kitchen/break room area, eight small bedrooms, three bathroom/showers, a fitness area, training classroom, multiple offices, and a conference room.
A space was created near the entrance vestibule as a home for the first North Park Fire District’s firetruck - a piece of history delivered to the station in January of 1947 as “Unit One” just six months after the department’s formation in July of 1946.
This multi-family housing project spans over 150,000 square feet and comprises two spacious, three-story buildings housing more than 170 diverse one, two, and three-bedroom apartments. Residents can indulge in a plethora of amenities, such as grill stations and outdoor patio, yoga studio, and a fully equipped fitness center. Conveniently situated just off Highway 151, the location provides quick access to the Madison area for abundant opportunities in dining, shopping, and recreation.
This redevelopment project transformed a former Bakers Square restaurant and adjacent pie baking facility into a modern outpatient clinic for Eye Care Specialists. The design preserved the original shell and core structure of the baking facility, integrating an 8,800 square foot addition to create 13,500 square feet of medical space. A key structural element included the installation of HSS columns within the existing wall to support the main entrance canopy.

This 36,000 square foot facility is home to students pre-K through 8th grade as well as First Steps Child Care Center. The project helped create ample classroom spaces across all grade levels as well as a gym, commons area with a stage, a library, and art/music classrooms. Just inside the beautiful entryway you can find an open lobby area with access to offices and staff space as well as a large kitchen and conference room.
Since moving to the area in the late 1960s, Pagenkopf Funeral Home has been dedicated to serving the Oconomowoc area with compassion. With four generations of experience in the industry, the new facility has been meticulously designed to provide solace and support to families during their grieving and remembrance ceremonies. The new location offers versatile spaces to accommodate both intimate and large services. It features two chapel sizes and a spacious banquet hall, allowing families the option to organize a small meal or luncheon after the service. The facility also offers cremation services in-house, and extends its support to families in need of pet funeral and cremation services.
This project created a bold and inviting front entrance of the Sheboygan eFree Church, featuring some vibrant blues and expansive windows flooding the central lobby with natural lighting. Inside, the remodeled central lobby was designed for easy navigation and a welcoming atmosphere. The remodel also included updates to the children’s area, and a new elevator addition that improved accessibility for all members of the congregation.
This two part memorial project is dedicated to those who were affected by the tragedy at the Waukesha Christmas Parade on November 21st, 2021. The Main Street Parade Memorial stands as a marker near where this tragedy occurred, while the Parade Memorial at Grede Park stands as a tribute to lives lost, those injured, and everyone who was impacted. At the center of the Grede Park memorial, six interwoven ribbons form a heart - each ribbon symbolizing a life lost. Individual plaques accompany the design, commemorating each victim. The memorial honors the memory of all those affected by the tragedy, and stands as a symbol of community resilience.

This project looked to renovate the Chapel of the Holy Family, nestled within Marquette University’s Alumni Memorial Union. The design introduced expansive windows and a distinctive eye-shaped skylight, flooding the sacred space with abundant natural light and a renewed sense of openness and serenity.

This newly constructed 11,600 square foot facility now serves as the home of Children's Hospital of Wisconsin - Pewaukee Pediatrics. Designed with both patients and staff in mind, the interior layout prioritizes intuitive navigation and operations efficiency through the use of features such as double-sided exam rooms to minimize staff travel throughout the day.
“Willow” is a dynamic, mixed-use development that spans over 200,000 square feet - offering a blend of residential, commercial, and lifestyle spaces. The space features 108 studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, underground parking, and a range of amenities for residents to enjoy including office, retail, and entertainment spaces. Business tenants include a variety of services, ranging from florists to fine jewelry.

Growth of a Wisconsin grown medical instrument manufacturer leads to this new 30,700 Sq. Ft. facility with state-of-the-art equipment. Cantilevered canopies, clerestory main entry and rooftop screenwalls add interest to the front offices. In back; a modular cleanroom manufacturing facility is surrounded by steel braces and columns, roof joists and vertical wall girts with horizontal metal panel exterior to create a building within a building.
This 90,000 square-foot, 3-story building provides ample space for De Pere's students from pre-K through 8th grade. Key features include a large glass entry atrium and an elevated glass "box" in the northwest corner containing the library and art room. This project was designed to maximize the learning space for the students, and also allow for cross-classroom collaboration and instruction.

2022 Excellence in Masonry, Wisconsin Masonry Alliance (WMA)
The Cedar Creek Park Band Shell replaces an existing 50 year old band shell in an effort to improve Cedar Creek Park. The new stage features a cantilevered slab that is supported in part by the existing band shell foundations as-well-as the new glulam column moment frame featured at the front of the stage. The exposed glulam roof joist and beam structure combines architectural aesthetics with structural purpose.
The Beloit Club is a completely new, two-story, 20,000 square foot golf clubhouse with a full lower level. Amenities include complete banquet & event facilities with a full service kitchen, pub, Pro Shop and extensive locker facilities. The structure consists of conventional wood framing with structural steel braced frames and wood shear walls supported by precast floor plank and cast-in-place concrete foundations.

This remodel turned an old bank located in the heart of downtown Sheboygan into a convenient location for Nature’s Best Market, a neighborhood market for organic and natural grocery, produce, vitamins, and more. This full-service grocery and health food store added some new windows to the south and east, bringing natural light into the shopping space, and a new west entry space where the previous drive-through sat.
Formerly a Whole Foods, CORE 4 implemented a steel support system to eliminate interior columns and transform the space into an expansive ice rink. Now known as Willowbrook Ice Arena, this facility has become a vibrant hub offering a diverse array of programs to the local community. From figure skating to youth and adult hockey, as well as public skate events, the rink provides a range of engaging activities for individuals of all ages and skill levels.
Spanning an impressive 10,000 square feet, Journey21's Enrichment Center serves as a dynamic hub for a wide range of programs, outings, clubs, events, and social gatherings. It caters to individuals both with and without intellectual or developmental disabilities, fostering inclusivity and community engagement. The facility boasts a spacious multipurpose room that can be enjoyed throughout the year, alongside a well-equipped fitness center, art room, music room, tech lab, kitchen, café, and conference room. Additionally, a large flexible event space opens onto an inviting outdoor patio, complete with a cozy fireplace, providing a versatile and welcoming environment for all.
Perched above Egg Harbor, a renowned vacation destination within Wisconsin’s popular Door County Peninsula, stands the award-winning Egg Harbor Lodge II. The contemporary style complements the aesthetic of the 2018 Egg Harbor project while offering larger three-bedroom units for bigger families and travel parties. Each unit contains a cozy living room, dining room and kitchen area, and sleeping arrangements to accommodate up to 8 guests per unit.
